Is it possible for the female who lied and said she was 19 but is really 17 to text harassing things to the male who is 22 stating that she will call the cops and tell them there were sending nudes because they got into a disagreement?

Anything is possible. The exact nature of the material exchanged will determine the possibility of criminal prosecution; see Texas Penal Code Section 43.24 – SALE, DISTRIBUTION, OR DISPLAY OF HARMFUL MATERIAL TO MINOR & Sec. 43.25. SEXUAL PERFORMANCE BY A CHILD. The fact the 22 year old did not know the age of the 17 year old is not a defense to prosecution. I cannot make any estimate on the probability of any charges being filed.
