Ok im a wife , my husband is on parole and was suppose to get off may of 2016 , in January 2016 me and my husband baught a new car my daughter 4 year old and very smart and know when to set down and put her seat belt on, okay well that same day we got out new car we didnt have a car seat but like Im saying she smart knows what going on well that night on our way home from just out to eat my husband stop to by him 1 beer he didnt open it he was waiting for us to get homr because he done been in enough trouble he knows no to drink and drive , wel after stopping at the store getting his beverage we got pulled over” YES WE THOUGHT WE WAS in trouble” Not because the unopen beer but because our daughter wasnt in a proper seat, well at the time getting pulled over the officer notice the un open beer , I guess assuming oh he has one un open, but was you driving drunk, so okay as the officer gets him out the car my husband does tell them thier a un open beer in the car but hasnt drunk it yet he was waiting to get home, I guess his past history they assume he was lying well my husband ask for a breath alyzer test were he did blow 000.0 meaning my husband was telling the truth.

What probably will happen is (assuming the police obtained a warrant for a blood draw, or your husband consented to one), lab results will be analyzed to determine if there were any other intoxicants in his system other than alcohol. A criminal case will or will not be filed accordingly.
