I live in a small town . Not too long ago I got drunk and kicked in one school window. I had a pretty bad cut and was unable to walk so I called the police to bring me to the hospital. Before I got on the ambulance the police officer said something about court and laughed at me. Also a nurse that helped me told some people outside of work about what I’ve done also the police officer has done the same. also I forgot to mention I’m 15 years old and this is my first citation.

I’m not sure who you are referring to as “them” who aren’t allowed to talk. The police? The nurse? Some people outside of work? Without knowing the specifics, the general answer is: there is no law that prohibits people from talking. However, I’m not sure that at the age of 15 if you are getting liquored up kicking in windows and being taken to the hospital, you should be worried about other people TALKING about your actions. It’s what you are doing to yourself that is going to get you in trouble.
