I got arrested for a credit card abuse charge which i didn’t commit but i got arrested for it.
however when i got bailed out and went to sign at the bail bond office and to ask about the court day they told me dallas county took off the charge for the felony.
We called dallas county and they said they didn’t dismissed the charges but they haven’t filed them yet, the prosecutor haven’t file the papers yet.

I do not know the exact charges pending against you, but typically the credit card abuse charge has a 3 year statute of limitations while all misdemeanors have a 2 year limitation period. If the bond company states the felony was dropped, what charges were your bonds posted on? Contact a local attorney and let him/her review your release papers to determine what’s going on.
