My friend was suspended yesterday , so today he came to school i live in Texas he came to see his gf but they cached him and arrested him for transgressing what will they do to him please help im worried i haven’t heard from him! Also hes 18 and in the student book of conduct says its a class c misdemeanor
is he going to jail? For how many days?

What defines a class c misdemeanor is that it is punishable by fine only, so if that is what he is charged with, a jail term is not an option in sentencing. If he is charged with criminal trespass, however, that is a more serious offense and jail time could be imposed in sentencing. Find out where he is, who is holding him and what he is charged with. His family can then contact a local attorney and proceed from there.
