I got in a fight in high school purely for defense and was charged with a class c misdemeanor(3 years ago)

Answer

It depends on the outcome of the charge. If it was eventually dismissed, you can contact a local attorney about an expunction. If a final conviction was entered, it us just that: final. If you do not remember the disposition of your case, contact the court where your case was filed in.
