I got charged w agg assault w DW against a family member(boyfriend) my appointed lawyer said there werent any evidence no witnesses. Just a she said he said. I’ve never been to jail or got arrested. I’m 21 and he’s 33.he has a background of drugs and beating up his baby’s mother. Ive been going to court since Oct. I go bk Apr 15 and if they happen to find him and we go to trial. And let’s just say I happen to get found guilty. Will I get time? Because I know I’m innocent. He was high on paint that day I got arrested. My grandmother still has that bottle and he also used to beat me up which they know. Will I win?? I’m just so scared . I need a peice of mind . I have two beautiful babies I can’t lose them.
