Asked 3/21/2016 – Waco, TX

I was arrested on 1/21/16 and charged with ‘interfering with public duty’. Bond was set at $1000, I bonded out and have heard nothing of the case since. I filled out the paperwork at the jail for a public defender, have not heard anything back on that either.

Answer

Stay in contact with your bond company. That is who the court will notify when the case against you is filed. You can speak with local attorneys about your case between now and the case filing date as well.
