Asked 3/22/2016 – Dallas, TX

I think someone was logging into my wireless account. Nothing was changed or charged. I called and they could tell me when it was logged into but nothing more.

Answer

A subpoena is issued by a court and served upon a person to appear in court as a witness on a certain date and time and/or bring certain documentation. You would have to institute some type of legal proceeding. My question is: who would you sue, what would you be suing for, and who would you subpoena? You CAN do anything you want, but I don’t think what you are talking about will get you what you want.
