I blew in my car Breathalyzer and failed

Answer

If the breathalyzer is a condition of bond and your case case not been finalized, the judge can revoke your bond and put you in jail until your case is finalized. If the breathalyzer is a condition pf probation, a failed teat can cause the State to file a motion to revoke probation. Talk with your lawyer soon.
