I just need help I’m about to have our daughter and I need her Daddy home and the attorney isn’t answering calls or telling me anything , he just said he is going to try to get him out on PR bond but last year he didn’t pay so now its motion off bond and he has a attempted burglar charge so I don’t know if its going to be easy getting him out on PR bond with that

Answer

The question you pose in the heading is quite different than the fact situation you explain in your narrative. If your husband had a prior PR bond revoked, it is doubtful another one will be issued, particularly if a new charge was filed against him while he is on bond. PTR and PTH don’t mean anything to you anyway, you just want him out. The only way for that to happen is through his attorney, so unfortunately, you have to go through him to get what you want.
