How much time in jail?

My husband has been in jail since february 4th. He has court on April 20th. His charges are.. MTR his probation which he should only do 30 days for, and assault causing bodily injury to a family member.. by the time he goes to court he will have served almost 3 months. about how long will he be in jail after his court date?

Answer

If your husband has not been to court on his revocation, I’m not sure he has been sentenced, so you cannot be sure he will get only 30 days. Since he has been in jail, an attorney should have been appointed to represent him if you have not retained a private attorney. Contact that attorney about how much time he is looking at.
