Asked 4/5/2016 – El Paso, TX

This is a requirement for a job I want:

“Not ever have been or currently on court-ordered community supervision or probation for any criminal offense ABOVE the grade of Class B Misdemeanor or a Class B Misdemeanor within the last ten years from the date of the court order.”

I was on probation for a class B misdemeanor a year ago.

Answer

According to the terms of the application, you must wait 10 years from the date of the probation order on a class b misdemeanor to be considered for the position.
