It was a lawyer that bonded him out in the first place we where working out of town and did not know he had court we had no phone service where we where working and didn’t get the voice mail till after the court date so what should I do.

Your first lawyer probably doesn’t want to work with you either. I know the court date wasn’t intentionally missed, but whoever posted the bond is on the hook for the full bond amount once the defendant doesn’t appear in court. Talk with another attorney, but don’t be surprised if the second attorney has problems on getting a new bond set or the amount of the second bond.
