How long does it take to release a parole out of county he has gone to court just waiting on parole

my fiancé is in county jail for 8 months he has gone to court but he is still in county jail how long does it usually take for parole to release him

Answer

I need clarification. Your fiancee was on parole, caught a new case, the new case has been resolved and he is waiting on the parole revocation? If that is the case, he must wait on the resolution of the parole revocation hearing. If his parole has already been revoked and he is to be returned to prison, he will be transferred from the county when a space in the TDC facility where he is assigned to opens up.
