I was placed on five years probation for possession of a controlled substance. first offence in Hopkins county texas. I have completed all community service, paid all my fines and all I am required to do now is pay monthly probation.

You have not done everything asked of you. You have continued to illegally possess and consume controlled substances in violation of your probation order. It is discretionary with your probation officer if whether a hair follicle test will be required, or if your officer will return your case to court in order for a motion to revoke your probation can be filed.
