My husband was charged for a class misdemenor someone claiming he touched the leg of a passenger in his car He does have a lawyer to get it dismissed but the stress this has caused on our marriage and public is embarrassing what can I do

YOU can’t do anything but be supportive of your spouse. Your husband must appear in court, answers the allegations made against him and hopefully, be found not guilty after a trial. If and when the charges are dismissed, you can talk with an attorney about a wrongful/malicious prosecution civil suit against the passenger. There is no civil claim possible if the case is not dismissed
