i need info on starting a marijana cultivation/dispensary business in texas. what exactly is needed. and how, when & where do i apply for a license

Answer

Cultivation and dispensing marijuana is not legal in Texas, so there is no such license available. Please see Texas Health & Safety Code Section 481.120 and following sections.
