If I go check in and next day have to make payment to a bail bonds of 150$ But havent worked all week because of rain only 10$

If I dont make payment of 150$ but have excuse my job dont work on rainy days or high percentage of rain only have 10$ what would happen can I get in trouble ,but I am planning to pay 150$ following week ?

Answer

If you do not comply with the terms of your agreement with the bond company who bailed you out of jail, then the bond company has the right to file an affidavit with the court to be released from their bond. If granted, then a warrant would issue for your arrest and you can remain in jail until your case is finalized.
