Can a DWI Conviction Affect You After Moving to a Different State?

State A is Texas state B is Pennsylvania!

Your conviction will stay with you for life. Your new state will be able to use the prior conviction for enhancement purposes if you are charged with a new offense, your insurance company in your new state will be able to use the conviction in setting your premiums, etc. If you have a specific question on how the conviction could be used, you can contact an attorney
