My gf is in jail in rusk county but they will hold her for 10 days for her warrants in bexar county. She has a poss. Of marijuana charge & a no bond for a family violence charge 3rd degree felony. What should we do?

Answer

She is going to need an attorney. If she has no cases pending in Rusk County, start talking with attorneys in the San Antonio area, If you are the complaining witness on the assault – family violence case, you can contact the District Attorney in Bexar County about filing an affidavit of non-prosecution.
