Hello I just wanted to know, I am 14 years old, and I am talking with an 18 year guy, now, We are not talking or thinking anything sexual or having any sexual contact … No sexual intercourse AT ALL and I don’t plan on it. But I do love him, I know saying a 14 year old in-love is crazy, but, I had to raise myself, and I am way more mature than most people my age.

Define date. Going to the movies, fine. Any sexual contact as defined in Texas Penal Code Section 22.011, and he will go to prison from 2 to 20 years. The age of consent in Texas is 17. If you truly are more mature than your years, you will have the self discipline to wait till then before seriously dating.
