Yesterday and about a week ago I have had two separate police from two separate jurisdictions those still in Bexar County to separate small police units Windcrest and Castle Hills comes through my gate to knock on my front door which is behind a closed porch door to try to trick me into my front porch. The first time I fell for it the second time my mom answered the front door and told them I was not here now these are simply traffic violations and my front gate is closed with a no trespassing sign and my porch door is closed and locked but they walk around to the back side of my porch and come in the other door and proceeded to knock on my door like I said the first time the police officer told me that they have my purse in the police station ask me to get my ID to verify who I was the minute I stepped out onto the porch and handed him a copy of my ID he grabbed my wrist and said you’re coming with me you’re arrested and that was a Windcrest police officer
Answer
Police can say pretty much anything they want; they are not the ones who face the possibility of trial. The question is whether a valid warrant was outstanding for your arrest. A warrant for a traffic ticket has the same force and effect as a warrant on a murder charge. It is a decree issued by a Judge to any and all law enforcement officials to detain and take you into custody. Talk with a local attorney and focus on the charges against you, not on whatever tricks were used to take you into custody.
