Asked about 1 hour ago – Houston, TX

Posted a while back about my ex having three possession charges two were intent to sell control substance and the third was possession. We’ll he been on probation before but somehow he got one dismissed but the other two he has to go back to court for a disposition what exactly does that mean.

Answer

If your ex has to return to court for disposition, it means the case has not yet been finalized and he must return to the court to dispose of the case. He can either enter a plea of guilty or no contest and enter into a plea bargain, or he can enter a plea of not guilty and have a trial on his pending case.
