Asked 4/26/2016 – Houston, TX

My husband had a warrant put out for him saying that he did not complete a program for his probation. He did complete the program and it was in the computer that he completed the program but the warrant was still put out it he spent 14 days in jail. While he was in jail he was assaulted by a mental person, there was no Altercation the guy walked up to him and started hitting him. When he went to court on the 13th day they told him he was free to go home so he was let out of jail the next morning.
