I met this girl and she said she was 18. She is on house arrest for a DUI. What makes me nervous is the other day she texted me saying she deleted our messages and not to text her because her probation officer will have her phone until court. Is that weird? When I heard that it made me feel like she lied to me about her age. I just don’t see that happening to someone of legal age. We also had sex. My questions are if she lied to me about her age could I still go to jail if I can prove that she actually lied to me about it? Also is it possible that I could go to jail if her dad find out she sneaked me in the house to have sex? By the way I’m 22.

If she is under 17 and you are 22, any sexual contact between the two of you constitutes a crime as defined by Texas Penal Code Section 21.11 – Indecency with a Child, even if she misrepresented her age. Make no more statements about this incident in a public forum such as this and do not talk with anyone about this matter other than an attorney
