I am on the track for pre trial diversion. I have an interview coming up.

Answer

If you are already enrolled in the pre-trial diversion program, a UA request can be made at any interview. If you and your attorney have yet to execute the pre-trial contract, you will be asked about drug usage, but no UA will be required. Talk with your attorney before the interview
