My previous attorney Lied on an affidavit at my post-conviction hearing.

If you are challenging the veracity of any statement made by any person, you must present evidence that contradicts the statement in question. “Yes, you did!”, “No, I didn’t” is for court television shows. Present the Court as much extraneous evidence as you can to prove your point.
