Should I try to drop evading arrest for public intoxication minor which is worst

Answer

Evading arrest is a class a misdemeanor, punishable by a fine of up to $4,000, incarceration in jail for up to 1 year, or a maximum probationary period of up, to 24 months, while public intoxication is a class c misdemeanor, punishable by fine only (maximum $500). I do not know what you mean by “try to drop” one for the other. Get with a local attorney.
