Does responsible driving program (DRP) go on background

Does it go on background or just drivers background in the actual section and is this program some sort of added criminal charge like a class c misdemeanor other than the tickets. For people who accumulate tickets from speeding and I have 8 points making that 4 tickets.

Your driving record/background IS part of your criminal background; anyone performing a background check will search and access both.
