God please tell me this doesn’t mean 60 days in jail…

Answer

It appears Ricardo Herrera has been found guilty of the class d misdemeanor of theft of property; no fine was assessed, but there are $257 in court costs, and a 60 day jail sentence was imposed on May 13, 2016. He will get credit on his sentence for all time he has spent in jail on this case prior to sentencing, and will be eligible for any good time credit on his sentence awarded by the county sheriff. Good luck.
