My friend caught a case in Cooke County was just wanting to know so more in lighting information.

It depends on where in the process your case stands. Has a bond been set? Has your friend been indicted? Has the case been finalized or still pending? What are the exact charges? Has an attorney been appointed to represent your friend? Was does that attorney say about the case?

The punishment range for Manufacture/Delivery of Controlled Substances depends on 1) the type of drug, and 2) the weight of the substance. The criminal record of your friend may also affect the possible length of sentence. You probably have to speak with the attorney of record on the case for more detailed answers.
