Parole transfer from TX to OH

My boyfriend is coming up for parole review and he has a great chance of making parole. He lives in TX and I live in OH. How can I go about getting him transferred to OH to do his parole for the remainder of his time?

Answer

A request for transfer must be made with the parole board. Ohio must be willing to accept the transfer before it can be approved. Have your boyfriend talk with his officer.
