Does this mean at the court hearing he will be indicted? He has been in jail almost two months.

My boyfriend is currently in jail for a third degree felony family violence charge. The court docket says the court type is UDS. He already has a court appointed lawyer.

Answer

Indictments are handed down by the Grand Jury. Your boyfriend will not be brought to the Grand Jury Hearing. Ask his attorney about the status of the indictment in his case.
