I have a friend who is on parole in the state of Georgia. And just caught a case in the state of Texas she wants to know what is going to happen?

Answer

The State of Georgia will issue a parole revocation warrant for her once the arrest on the new case is discovered. If your friend has not bonded out of jail on the Texas case before the Georgia hold is in place, she will remain in jail until the Texas case is resolved, and then transferred to Georgia. If she bonds out of jail on the Texas case before the Georgia hold is in place, she will probably be re-arrested when she appears in court on the Texas case when that court learns about the Georgia hold.
