I WENT TO MY X BOYFRIENDS TO GET MY CHILD WHICH I AM SOLE PROPRIOTER DEEMED THRU CHILD SUPPORT HE KEPT HER FROM ME FOR SIX WEEKS. WELL ME AND MY CURRENT BOYFRIEND SHOWED UP AFTER HE SAYS FINALLY I CAN HAVE MY CHILD BACK. IT ALL CHANGED WHEN HE SEEN MY CURRENT BOYFRIEND AND GOT OFFENSIVE SAYING I CANT HAVE HER AND WHAT NOT. MY X LOCKED ME IN HIS HOUSE AND PUT HIS HANDS ON ME I FINALLY GOT OUT AND HE STARTED HITTING MY CURRENT BOYFRIEND AND TRYING TO THROW HIM OVER THE BALCONY. WELL I CALLED 911 AND THEY ARRESTED ME FOR A PI BECAUSE MY EYES WERE RED AND GLASSY (CRYING) THEY ARRESTED MY BOYFRIEND ON ASSULT BODILY INJURY AND HE NEVER HIT MY X! I WAS THE ONE PERFORMING THE ACT OF ASSULT. WELL HE IS ON DEFERED FOR AN ASULT CHARGE IN ANOTHER COUNTY AND IS SITTING IN JAIL NOW ON MOTION TO REVOKE PROBATION.

You are not able to have a trial on the new case here via the internet, nor on your boyfriend’s motion to revoke probation. The police appeared, took statements, made an investigation, and then filed what they thought were the appropriate charges. You can contest these charges. Hire a local attorney, plead not guilty on the new case and not true on the probation violation, and set the cases on the contested docket.
