I got arrested at memorial mall but it was under 50 but the police officer decided to book us all together so then I was on probation for 90 days but I messed up again and stole from HEB 20 dollars’ worth of food and got a citation what happens with my probation and how soon will my PO find out and should I contact him first.

You need to get with a local attorney as soon as possible. First, theft is a crime of moral turpitude and a final conviction on this type of case can affect you for the rest of your life. Second, a third theft conviction is a felony, no matter what the amount; you are 2/3’s of the way there. You have violated your probation and subject to a conviction.
