In 1991 I received 4 years’ probation and eventually had it revoked due to a job injury and paper work issue, I received penitentiary time in place of the probation ,I completed everything that was required of my the state and have been trouble free for 18 years

The conviction will remain on your record. Final convictions are just that: final. The passage of time has no bearing on the ability to obtain an expunction or non-disclosure. At this point, the only way to remove this conviction is by pardon from the Governor.
