I was working for dish network and received two tickets, I ended up moving away for work and honestly just forgot about the tickets, I needed a new id and that’s when I was reminded apt the tickets, I called about them and was told that I owed $4400+!!! I never even plead, I’m trying to get a job and a new place and I can do it without an ID.

Call a local attorney in the county where the tickets are pending. Some of the fees are due to warrants and collection costs, and a local attorney should be able to post bonds to remove the warrants, hopefully reduce the sums you would have to pay and keep these matters from becoming convictions.
