Answer

Aggravated assault with a deadly weapon is a 2nd degree felony, punishable by a fine of up to $10,000, confinement in the Texas Department of Corrections (TDC) from 2 to 20 years, or probation for up to 10 years. Manufacturing and delivery of a controlled substance in an amount from 4 to 200 grams is a 1st degree felony, punishable from 5 to 99 years in the TDC (same fine and probation range). The prior felony conviction means the second decree punishment range can be enhanced to a 1st degree, and the minimum time on a 1st degree can be increased
