My boyfriend got an assault of a family member charge he was on parole for the same kind of charge but the charges were dropped while he was in county jail. They just sent him to tdcj in Middleton. I was wondering how much time will he have to do since the charges were dropped. He had two more years on parole?

Answer

He is subject to spending the entire remainder of his prison sentence in the TDC.
