Ok so my boyfriend got arrested for this crime the supposedly he did. And he had told me he had a problem with a girl. It happened the last year of November and December. The mother reported this on May 20 and got arrested and his bail is $200,000. Can he get arrested if I bail him out? Or what happens. What can I do to get him out? He was 18 and the girl was 15 or 16. Please help.

If a bond has been set on a case, you have the option posting that bond. Once the bond is posted, the defendant will NOT be returned to jail while the case is pending unless the bond is revoked. The bond can be revoked if any conditions of bond are violated, a new charge is filed against the defendant, or if the bond company files an affidavit to be removed from the bond.
