Asked 7/16/2016 – Duncanville, TX

My probation officer sent my file to the judge for a revoke of my non ajudication probation.
What can I do to find out what is going on. It has been three months. My lawyer has not found out anything. Can he call the judge or the probation court official? Can I? I dont want to wait until I am arrested to find out what is going on.

Answer

You may call your probation officer and make sure your file was transferred back to court. If you have an attorney, I assume that attorney can determine if a motion to revoke you probation has been filed better than you can. If not, you should talk with another attorney. Most counties have on-line record access, so check the appropriate website to view the status of your case.
