I have problems at home with my mom and grandma I was living at my grandmas then she tried to control me and I left now I’m at my moms and she’s giving me lots of problems I already talked to my dad and it’s not working out my mom already told me she wanted me for the money and so does my dad my mom gets food stamps she’s on housing my dad pays child support and my mom told me she didn’t want me here but she wants me for the money what can I do ? Can I leave my mom’s? My boyfriend’s family is willing to help me but she doesn’t want to let me go because of the money and my grandma is also putting stuff in her head about me! Her boyfriend lives here with us and he don’t like me we don’t even talk I don’t know what else to do she doesn’t pay attention to me and when she does she talks to me ugly I have a brother and a sister and she doesn’t treat them like the way she treats me !

You cannot make the determination on where to live until you turn 18 (unless you petition a court for a declaration of emancipation or you marry an adult over 18). Until then you must reside with your parents. If they are divorced, you must reside with the custodial parent named in the decree.
