What are the penalties for unknowingly going on a military installation with a licensed hand, small amount of weed & paraphernalia?

I am civil service. Usually I leave my firearm outside the installation, but I forgot to remove it before going on base. On my way out was pulled over for a surprise inspection they found my licensed handgun, along with a small amount of marijuana and a pipe.

Answer

The fact the offenses occurred on a military base complicates the situation. I would need to know if the charges are filed in state court, federal court or military court. Each jurisdiction has different punishment ranges.
