Answer

Your attorney will receive a copy of all reports, videos and other documentation made at the time of your arrest along with any other evidence the State has in its possession. What the ultimate outcome on your case is impossible to know at this time. Ask your attorney if a blood sample was taken from you at the hospital and if so, what were the results. Also, don’t rely too much on your perception on how you did on the field sobriety tests; you had been drinking and were involved in a serious car accident. Your recollection of the events may not match up with the video evidence. You’ll get a chance to see everything. Just wait.
