I’m on the pretrial diversion program for a dwi I’ve been doing everything I’m required to do all my drug test come out clean but I had left to Houston for 2 days without asking my PO because my dad was in the hospital I had to take a drug test but I wasn’t in town so I called my PO and let her know and she said that was a violation and to call her as soon as I get back I wanted to know what can happen from the violation?

The consequences for violating the terms of pretrial diversion is for your case to be returned to court and you be prosecuted in a regular manner, just as if the pretrial diversion program never existed. Contact your attorney.
