I haven’t had any issues with my probation. There is no police report for the PI. My PO found out about the charge from seeing my name on the court docket and she called to ask me why I didn’t tell her about the citation. I told her it was because I didn’t get arrested. (The police let me go home as long as someone picked me up. So my dad came and they let me go.) I only report every other month, so next week I will report for the first time since the incident. Would they have already arrested me? Also what should I say about the alleged PI that was dropped?
Answer
I need to know what you mean by the Public Intoxication case was “dropped”. Were you found not guilty? Did you go to court? Did you enter a plea on the case? You had a case on a court docket and I’m not sure what “dropped” means. The exact legal disposition of the case will determine what you should tell probation, so get a copy of the final judgment in your case and show it to your PO.
