Before I took the in home breathalyzer test I rinsed my mouth with mouthwash without thinking about it and the results shows as a violation. Now I’m freaking out I don’t know what to do please help

Too late to worry now; the matter is out of your control. The decision to discharge you from the diversion program is totally discretionary with the program director. You will be kicked out or you won’t. Virtually all such programs advise at the onset: Do not use gum, mouthwash, breath mints or anything alcohol based. In fact, remove all such products from the house. You did not, so you must accept the accompanying consequences.
