I got 3 dui’s which is a felony can I have it expunged or deferred.

I’m on probation for 5 years I’ll be done this Oct. The felony is affecting my job can I have it expunged or deferred after I’m done with probation.

Answer

If you are found guilty of DWI, you can never have it expunged or non-disclosed, even if you were granted probation (except through pardon from the Governor).
